POLICIES

 

Shipping Policy:

 

Most of the items in our online store are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested or stated.

 

Large equipment items such as Rebar Benders must be shipped Freight carrier. You will be contacted after the order is received to determine delivery location (commercial or residential), freight cost and other delivery requirements.

Please note freight carriers are only required to make the delivery and are not required to assist in unloading the items. It is recommended that deliveries be made to a commercial address with a fork lift or loading dock. It is the customer's responsibility to unload these items at the destination. There will be an additional charge if a liftgate is required. Rural, Hard Access, Inside Delivery or any other charge incured after delivery has been made will be charge to the buyer.

 

We do our best to ship all orders received before noon on normal business days (Mon. - Fri.) the same day. If there is a delay in shipping your order because we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If we happen to be out of one or more of the items you ordered we may elect to have some or all of your order shipped directly from the manufacturer to avoid any unnecessary delays.

 

Yes, we will ship any where in the world.

We will bill you for the following:

Products you ordered;

Actual Shipping costs. (Free Shipping is to the 48 contiguous states only.)

There may be other charges involved that we have no control over.

We do not collect any of the folling that countries other than the US may impose:

Taxes;

Duties;

Brokerage Fees;

Other Miscellaneous Fees.

You will need to contact the appropriate department within your country to determine what additional fees if any, will be charged.

 

 

Return Policy:

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). All returns are subject to a return authorization from Baron Tools. All return requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving product. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

 

All returned merchandise must be UNUSED in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals and all accessories. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED.

 

To return a product, please email barontools@bellsouth.net for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). RAN's are valid for fifteen (15) days only. All returns must be shipped back to us during the validity of RAN. Any merchandise returned to us without a valid authorization will be refused. Please note that a RAN does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.

 

Returned merchandise must be shipped to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

 

Any returned item that does not meet all above conditions will be considered the property of the buyer, and will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

 

Refunds will not be given until, the returned item is in the possession of Baron Tools and the item has been determined unused.
