Warranty Policy:


Warranty repairs should be handled through a factory - authorized service center. Contact the manufacturer for a service center near you. We are the factory service center for our brand Baron Tools. Please contact our service center for more information at (352) 799-4527. You are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facility for repairs that are not covered under warranty. Items that are still covered under warranty will be shipped to our facility at your expense however the return shipping will be paid by Baron Tools. 


All tools sold by Baron Tools come with a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase and a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise specified. An exception to two of our Heavy Duty Model Rebar Benders (RB32HD and RB25HD) which come with a full three-year warranty. The warranty only extends to the original purchaser and is limited to replacing or repairing at Seller's service center. The warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or repairs provided by an unauthorized service center.


Rebar Cutters, Cutter Blades and Cutter Shaft are not covered under the warranty. All tool parts sold on are not covered under warranty.


Buyer must provide a copy of their purchase Invoice or other ownership document to evidence that the tool was purchased from us and is under the warranty period.

Service Gaurantee:


Baron Tools has the capability to service all the tools sold on their website. This extends to all tools that are currently not covered under a factory warranty . Normal service charges apply. Please contact Baron Tools at (813) 363-8103 or to receive a tool repair request form. Baron Tools is not responsible for shipping fees on serviced tools. Baron Tools will provide a written estimate of repair to the customer for approval before any service is performed.
